American, Canadian, and Dutch medical teams triage patients during a mass casualty exercise Patriot 2005

American, Canadian, and Dutch medical teams triage patients during a mass casualty exercise to provide the best medical care at the field hospital. Personnel from the 152nd Medical Squadron, Nevada Air National Guard; 166th Medical/Dental Squadron, Delaware Air National Guard; and medical personnel from across Canada and the Netherlands joined forces at Volk Field, Wis., to form an internationally staffed field hospital. Patriot 05 is the largest annual exercise held across the United States. This exercise increases the war fighting capabilities of the National Guard, Reserve, and active components of the Air Force and Army. Additionally, Canadian, United Kingdom, and Dutch forces are participating, increasing combined effectiveness. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Robert Jones) (Released)
