VOLK FIELD, Wisc. -- Master Sgt. Chris Skelton, 144th Fighter Wing cadre based out of Fresno, Calif., instructs Airmen on the basics of explosive ordnance reconnaissance, improvised explosive device recognition and hazard awareness during one of three classes May 14.
