An Air National Guard member is hoisted up by a wench aboard a CH-46 Chinook from F Company 106 Avaition Peoria, IL., during a rescue training mission at PATRIOT 2006, Volk Field, WI., July 18, 2006. PATRIOT is the premier National Guard Bureau sponsored joint exercise. This exercise increases the warfighting capabilities of the National Guard, reserve, and active components of the Air Force and Army.
