Master Sergeant Jaqueline Franck

Master Sergeant Jaqueline T. Franck is assigned as the First Sergeat for the Combat Readiness Training Center, Volk Field Air National Guard Base, Wisconsin. Her responsibilites include the health and welfare of Airman along with providing recommendations to the Commander. She presents leadership and guidance to unit members with an emphasis on military justice, counseling, customs and courtesis, as well as dress and appearance standards. MSgt Franck also works on encouragring and promoting professional development and career goals of the enlisted force.

MSgt Franck enlisted in the Wisconsin Army National Guard after her junior year of high school in June 2001. After Basic Military Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, she returned to Ontario, Wisconsin to complete her final year of high school and graduated in May 2002. MSgt Franck attended Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia and entered the Army’s Automated Logistical Supply Clerk career field. Her first duty assignment was to the 107th Maintenance Company, Sparta, Wisconsin from 2002 to 2008. During this time, MSgt Franck was called to active duty to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin in support of Operations IRAQI and ENDURING FREEDOM. During her active duty tour she attended Airborne School in Fort Benning, Georgia, was nominated as Soldier of the Year at Fort McCoy, and competed at the national level for Soldier of the Year in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. After completing eight years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, in 2008 MSgt Franck transferred to the Wisconsin Air National Guard and the Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) at Volk Field, Wisconsin as a Material Management Apprentice.

In May 2010, MSgt Franck graduated from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Psychology, and is on track to finish her Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Certificate. During her tenure at Volk Field CRTC, MSgt Franck was selected to be the liaison for the NATO Ramstein Rover Exercise at Volk Field, WI. She worked with 13 different nations during this high-profile exercise. In October 2010, MSgt Franck began her Active Guard Reserve (AGR) assignment in Materiel Control with the 128th Air Control Squadron, Volk Field, Wisconsin. In December of 2010 she was selected as the 128th ACS NCO of the year. In December of 2011 she was selected as the Volk Field ANGB NCO of the year. Sergeant Franck deployed to the United Arab Emirates in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM in 2012. In 2012 she was awarded Honor Guard member of the base. MSgt Franck graduated from Viterbo University with a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling in May 2016. Prior to her current position, the master sergeant was the Assistant Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Materiel Control, 128th ACS, Volk Field ANGB, Wisconsin.
